Beautiful two-bedroom rustic farmhouse with stone walls and stunning views of the countryside, located in Teulada, in an area surrounded by country houses, on a very quiet and peaceful street.
The nearest beach is Cala Baladrar, in Benissa Costa, about 4 kilometers away. In the town of Benissa, if you arrive by car, you can find many supermarkets. The area is surrounded by wonderful restaurants where you can enjoy the appreciated Spanish cuisine. From Villa Llagrima you can move around the towns of Benissa Calpe and Moraira in a few minutes.
The house is a country house within a fenced plot, upon entering, there is a path that leads to a lower level where there is a covered parking space for two cars (although there is enough space in the entrance of the property for more cars). Then there is the pool (without heating), with beautiful views of the countryside, there is an outdoor shower and some hammocks from where you can enjoy the relaxing landscape. Next to the pool there is an outdoor table with space for six people under the shade of a large tree and next to the table, a built-in barbecue with sink…
